Sydney-based vegan restaurant Yulli’s has announced a new lineup of original, ready-to-eat plant-based meals.
The four new additions join the company’s line-up of vegan take-home meals and include: kung pao mushrooms with tofu & steamed jasmine rice; lentil moussaka with lemon & oregano potatoes; chargrilled Moroccan cauliflower with couscous; and eggplant Penang curry with steamed jasmine rice.
Yulli’s said each of the 100% plant-based, single serve portion meals are fresh, chilled, and ready to heat and eat.
The company added that consumers who are coeliac can enjoy the mushroom, moussaka and eggplant curry meal as they are gluten free.
Yulli’s said the new ready meals are available now from select retailers in both Sydney and the Northern Rivers, including Yulli’s Brews in Alexandria, Maloneys in Surry Hills and Rozelle, IGA Stanmore, The Deli Erskineville, Bay Grocer and IGA Sunrise in Byron Bay and The Station Grocer in Lennox Head, with more stockists to be announced soon.
