A new trade event aiming to connect food professionals with the best suppliers for their New Product Development (NPD) processes is to be held in Sydney in October 2023.
Originally slated for earlier this month, the event will now run across two days, on 25 and 26 October, 2023 (10am – 4pm)
thinkfood LIVE will be hosted at Sydney’s Carriageworks and is being delivered by Diversified Communications, which also runs the foodpro, Fine Food Australia and Naturally Good events.
“thinkfood LIVE is a brand new event concept focusing on ingredients, technology and creative services,” said commercial director, Siobhan Rocks. “There will be exhibiting experts in all key areas covering everything from consumer insights and packaging, to design agencies and test kitchens. There will be a key focus on ingredients and flavour houses who can help emerging and established businesses curate the perfect launch pad for their new product or brand.”
The event will include an exhibition space, networking drinks and a conference, with Diversified Communications working with industry associations AIFST (Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology) and AIP (Australian Institute of Packaging) to deliver a content program that reflects NPD trends.
