[PODCAST] Since launching in 2019, Brazilian food tech company, Future Farm, has certainly made itself known on the global plant-based stage.
As the number one vegan food brand in its home country, Future Farm is now available in 30 markets worldwide, including the US, UK and Europe, where it enjoys a whopping annual growth rate of 960 percent.
Its incredible global expansion – which now also includes Australia – was bolstered by a handsome $58 million Series C fund raise last year. The funds will be used to further expand the reach of Future Farm’s products, and help the company to diversify into other plant-based categories. Watch this space, they say.
We caught up with Lisa Asher, Future Farm’s Pacific General Manager recently to talk about the company’s growth, its seemingly boundless commitment to sustainability – including carbon neutral, B Corp and Responsible Soy sourcing certifications and what makes the brand stand out in what is becoming an increasingly crowded market.
