The best minds in Australia’s cellular agriculture industry will take the stage at the inaugural CellAg Summit, taking place in Sydney on 15 June.
Hosted by Future Alternative, together with Cellular Agriculture Australia, the CellAg Summit will address some of the biggest challenges that precision fermentation and cell cultivation companies face as they move from R&D to commercial scale. These include access to infrastructure, cost competitiveness, consumer awareness, investment and engineering challenges.
Leading cellular agriculture companies, academics, researchers, government representatives and industry bodies will be sharing their thoughts on what the sector needs to reach scale and have a real impact on food security in the coming decades.
