Fine Food Australia is coming to Sydney’s ICC from 11 to 14 September over two levels.
With more than 850 exhibitors and over 120 speakers, this year’s event is expected to be one of the biggest in its 39 year history.
With demand for First Nations food products currently at a high, the show’s organisers are touting top Indigenous businesses and learned experts as a major draw at this year’s event.
Speakers at the event will include Chef Adam Moore, who will discuss the significance of plant-based dining.
