The international supplier fair for the food and beverage industry will return to Cologne, Germany, this year, and will offer an engaging program of events for companies in the plant-based and alternative protein sector.
Anuga FoodTec will be held from 26-29 April in Cologne, Germany, after its original dates in March 2021 were postponed due to Covid and the associated travel restrictions.
The trade fair will take place as a hybrid event, combining both an in-person and digital platform, giving as many people as possible access to the latest technologies and processes in the food and beverage industry.
Hosted every three years, this year’s event will boast around 1,000 suppliers from over 40 countries.
Key food manufacturing industry segments will be represented at the show, including:

- Science & Pioneering
Anuga FoodTec has confirmed that plant-based food manufacturing will be a particular focus at this year’s show, as will insect protein and cultivated meats.
