Running from 23-25 October, Foodservice Australia is returning to Sydney after a four year hiatus.

Held at the ICC Sydney, the tradeshow is targeting hospitality operators and will see over 450 exhibitors displaying their latest and best products.

A series of events and competitions will be held across the three day program, including the Chef of the Year competition, the National Restaurant Conference and the Aged Care Catering Summit.

Foodservice Australia will also comprise a dedicated Plant Base section, where companies specialising in plant-based products, including Hoshay, Sweet Nectar, Wellness by Tess, Food FX and The Juice Fix, will be on display.
